Big ideas come from small teams
We are still inspired by the 2005 Seth Godin post Small is the new big. We think it’s even more relevant now, especially with how the digital world continues to expand. I mean, what was Twitter 6 months ago? And whatever happened to MySpace? But for some reason AOL still lives, go figure.
The thing is some of the biggest ideas have come from small teams. That’s why challengers worship the garage and the cocktail napkin. Our backyard (San Jose) is a case study for embracing the power of small.
Small works because it allows you to be nimble, efficient, and free. Free to explore, experiment, challenge, lead—free to come up with the next big idea. And at the end of the day, isn’t that what you want? A team that can deliver really great ideas.
